Guidelines for oral presentations

Presentation time is 1520 minutes for every paper, including introductions, questions and switching between presentations. Please plan for your actual presentation to last no more than 1218 minutes. It is important that the sessions remain on time.

Guidelines for poster presentations

Presentation time is 12 minutes for every paper, including introductions, questions and switching between presentations. Please plan for your actual presentation to last no more than 10 minutes. It is important that the sessions remain on time.

Guidelines especially for online presentations

We request that you test your camera and voice system to see if they work properly and open your presented paper in your laptop before your session begins.
